Pacific White Shrimp, Water, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Spices, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Onion Powder, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Sulphiting Agents, Turmeric, Smoke Flavor.
Directions
Preparation Instructions: Defrost Before Cooking. To defrost, do not open the vacuum package. Defrost overnight in refrigerator (38 degrees F) or submerge entire vacuum package in cold water for approx. 40 Minutes, or until product is completely thawed. Remove From Packaging. Cut with scissors around the protective wrap. Cook Promptly After Thawing. Barbeque: Preheat BBO to med high heat (approx. 425 degrees F no higher than 450 degrees F). Place grilling mat with shrimp directly on the BBO grill and close the cover. Grill for approx. 10-12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Tip: To achieve grill marks on both sides of shrimp, flip half way through cook time. To remove from BBO grill, grip corner of grilling mat with tongs and slide onto a baking sheet or plate. Shrimp will slide easily from grilling mat to plate for serving. Tip: Keep a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare ups. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place grilling mat with shrimp onto a baking sheet, then onto the Middle rack of the oven. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Shrimp will slide easily from grilling mat to plate for serving. Ovens and Grill very; cooking times may need to be adjusted.
Keep frozen.
