Sugar, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Shortening (palm Oil), Cocoa Powder Processed With Alkali, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Wheat Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Artificial Flavor, Baking Soda.
Directions
You Will Need: 1/3 cup Vegetable oil; 1 large egg; 1 tbsp water. Baking Instructions: Step 1 Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of 8x8-inch pan with Pam. Step 2 Mix: Stir brownie mix, oil, egg, and water together in a large bowl until well blended, about 45 strokes. Spread into greased pan and bake immediately. Step 3 Bake: Bake on rack in center of oven 22 to 25 minutes. Add 3-5 minutes for glass pan. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving. High Altitude (Over 3,500 Ft): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir 1 tablespoon flour into brownie mix. Mix according to the directions in step 2. Bake in 8x8-inch pan 26 to 28 minutes. Add 3 to 5 minutes for glass pan. Tip: Sprinkle with candy halfway through baking! Try these ingredient swaps! Replace 2 tbsp. Water with: 2 tbsp. dairy or plant-based milk. Replace 1/3 cup vegetable oil with: 1/3 cup refined coconut oil. Do not eat raw batter.
