Cooking Instructions: Microwave in the Bag: Cut off corner of bag to allow steam to vent. Cook on high 3-5 minutes, and allow to rest in microwave 1 minute. Use scissors to cut open bag. Note that cooking times will vary depending on microwave strength. Use caution when removing bag from microwave, as it will be hot. Do not add any additional ingredients to bag before cooking in microwave. Roast: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss sprouts with olive oil and desired seasoning. Place on roasting pan in single layer and roast for approx. 30 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes for even browning. Saute: Heat about 1 tbsp of olive oil in saute pan. Place sprouts cut side down in oil and saute for about 10 minutes until fork tender. Grill: To speed up grill time, microwave sprouts in bag as directed above. Remove from bag, and toss with olive oil and preferred seasonings. Place on grill pan in single layer or thread on metal skewer. Turn every 5 minutes for even cooking. Cooked when fork tender.
