Cooking Instruction: Cook from frozen - do not defrost. Stovetop: Preheat large saute pan on medium-high. Remove all packaging and place frozen scallops in a single layer in pan. Cook 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until opaque. Remove pan from heat and set aside 1 minute before serving. Microwave: Remove all packaging and place frozen scallops in microwave-safe dish.
