Microwave: Microwave Instructions
1. Remove box, remove cap. We have vented the film for you.
2. Peel back film 1/2". Microwave on high for 1 minute 15 seconds.
3. Stir and recover.
4. Put back in microwave and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
5. Carefully remove top film and discard.
6. Stir contents and test temperature before serving--Enjoy!
One full serving of veggies (One vegetable serving is 1/4 cup for toddlers.
