Directions
Take a chicken, duck, turkey or pound of meat cut into pieces. Take 3 tablespoons of Trong Food madras curry powder with a little salt and rub over the pieces. Put into a saucepan two ounces of butter with some slices of onion. Lay in a pan over a slow fire until onions turn brown, add four cups water. Cook over slow fire and when the gravy attains the proper consistency, add 2 cups of milk or 1 cup of coconut milk and cook well.
