Active Ingredients (in Each Film Strip): Diphenhydramine HCl (25 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame, Potassium, Carrageenan, FD&C Blue 2 Aluminum Lake, Flavors, Glycerin, Glycerol Oleate, Locust Bean Gum, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Polysorbate 80, Povidone, Propylene Glycol, Pullulan, Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate, Sucralose and Xanthan Gum.
Directions
If needed, repeat dose every 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 6 times in 24 hours. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Place one film strip on tongue and allow it to dissolve. a second film strip may be taken after the first strip has dissolved. Children 6 to 11 Years: Place one film strip on tongue and allow it to dissolve. Children Under 6 Years: Do not use this product in children under 6 years of age. Store at 59 - 77 degrees F in a dry place. Protect from light.
Warnings
Do not use to make a child sleepy; with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one uses on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have; a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis; glaucoma; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Ask a doctor of pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product; marked drowsiness may occur; avoid alcoholic drinks; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery; excitability may occur, especially yin children. If pregnant or breast -feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. (1-800-222-1222). Do not use if carton tape if broken or if individual pouches are open or torn.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
