Ingredients: Enriched Macaroni Product (durum Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cheddar Cheese (milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Whey (milk), Modified Corn Starch, Spices (including Chili Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper), Sugar, Yeast Extract, Corn Syrup Solids, Disodium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor, And Sodium Caseinate (milk).
Directions
Pan Fry: PREP TIME: 5 minutes. COOK TIME: 20 minutes. Makes 5 one-cup servings. YOU WILL NEED: 1 package Zatarain's White Cheddar Chipotle Pasta Dinner Mix; 1 package (14 to 16 oz.) smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices*; 2 cups milk; 1 cup water. *Substitute 1 pound ground beef for the sausage.
DIRECTIONS: 1. Cook sausage in large skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain fat from skillet. 2. Stir in milk, water and Pasta Dinner Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Stir before serving.
