Make Your Salad Sizzle in 15 Minutes! Season two 4-6 oz fresh chicken filets to taste. (Please use safe handling and cooking practices for raw poultry). Cook your chicken in 1 TBS oil 4 - 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature in the thickest portion of the filet reaches at least 170 degrees F.
