Remove sloppy joes from carton and bag. 2. Place frozen sloppy joes on a folded paper towel or napkin and cook on high according to the chart. For 1 sloppy joe, cook on high for 45 seconds. For 2 sloppy joes, cook on high for 70 seconds. 3. Let Stand in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes before eating.
