Potato Flour, Salt, Onion, Modified Food Starch, Paprika, Caramel Color, Yeast Extract, Tricalcium Phosphate (prevents Caking), Garlic, Black Pepper, Bromelain (from Pineapple), Extractives Of Paprika (for Color), Soy Lecithin.
Directions
Simmer: For One Hour Beef Stew:
1. In 4-quart saucepan, whisk together 2-1/2 cups hot water and Beef Stew Mix until well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 3/4-inch cubes. Let stand 10 minutes.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring twice. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes
3. Add 1 cup each 1/4-inch sliced carrots, 1-inch cubed potatoes, and 1/4- inch onion wedges. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Makes 6 cups.
