Seasoning Mix Ingredients (net Wt 1.6 Oz): Bread Crumbs [bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast, Dextrose], Salt, Spices (paprika, Mustard. Black Pepper, Basil, Sage), Onion, Garlic, And Natural Flavor. Tomato Sauce Mix Ingredients (net Wt 0.51 Oz): Tomato, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Onion, Spices (including Paprika), Garlic, Beet Powder (for Color), And Natural Flavor.

Directions

Cut open first (1) sauce mix.

Bake: Directions:

1. Cut package for (1) Sauce Mix. Pour contents into bowl. Set aside. Cut package for (2) Seasoning Mix. Mix 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey, 1 lightly beaten egg, 1/2 cup water or milk with Seasoning Mix in large bowl until well blended. Shape into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

2. Bake in 350 Degrees F. oven 1 hour or until cooked through. Carefully drain fat.

3. Mix 1/3 cup hot water and sauce mix in small bowl until thick. Pour evenly over meat loaf. Bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
