For Great Tasting Guacamole: Ingredients: 1 packet Ortega Guacamole Seasoning Mix; 2 ripe avocados. Directions: 1. Cut 2 avocados in half; remove pits and peel or scoop out pulp with a spoon. 2. In a bowl, mash avocados with a fork until smooth, then add 1 packet Ortega Guacamole Seasoning Mix. 3. Stir mixture until blended. Cover tightly. Chill 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Stir again before serving. Best if used within 2-3 hours of preparation. Makes about 2 cups.
