Microwave on high. 1 Bite: 90 seconds. 2 Bites: 2 minutes, 40 seconds (160 seconds). For best results, flip the bites half-way through heating. 3. Let stand for 30 seconds. Product should be heated to 165 degrees F internal temperature. Caution, egg bite will be hot!
