Tilapia (Fish), Blackened Butter (Butter (Cream, Salt), Blackened Seasoning (Salt, Spices, Paprika, Garlic, Onion), Tri-Calcium Phosphate (Anti Caking), Carbon Monoxide (Preservative to Promote Color Retention).

Directions

Cooking Instructions: Cook from thawed state. Remove fillets and butter from package. Pan-sear; place fillets in skillet and cook 4-5 minutes per side; add butter after turning. Bake: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F; place fillets with blackened butter medallions in a non-stick pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily. Broil: Place fillets and butter medallions under broiler for 10-12 minutes. Safe Storage & Thawing: Store in refrigerator at 38 degrees F or below until ready-to-cook. Do not freeze. Please follow the retailer stated use by date provided on this product package. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

Previously frozen keep refrigerated.
