Cooking Instructions: No soaking required. Rinse and sort peas and place in a large pot. Add 4 cups water per 1 cup peas. Simmer gently with a tilted lid for 20-30 minutes or until peas reach desired tenderness. Note: 1 cup dry peas = about 2 1/2 cups cooked peas.
