Egg White Frittata [Cage Free Liquid Eggs (Eggs from hens not confined in a cage) Whites, Turkey Sausage (Turkey, Water, Potato Starch, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Sugar, Natural Flavors, Spices), Gouda Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto Color), Cottage Cheese (Cultured Skim Milk, Cream, Salt), Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Sweet Whey, Cream or Sweet Cream, Milk, Culture, Vinegar, Salt), Spinach, Cornstarch], Sweet Potato Medley (Sweet Potato, Apples, Onion, Cinnamon).
Directions
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Microwave Oven 1200 Watts (Preferred Method): 1. Remove label and place package into microwave. Self venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film. 2. Microwave on high for 1:30-2 minutes; microwave times vary. Heat to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 3. Let sit momentarily, then carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners. Use caution when opening. Package will produce hot steam after heating. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove food from package and place food into oven safe container. Do not place package in oven. 3. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. If cooking after freezing, first thaw completely in the refrigerator, then follow cooking directions as stated.
Keep refrigerated. Never frozen.
