California Coast is not just a whisky, it 1s Our way of expressing appreciation for our new home. To this day, both of us remember the feelings California evoked on our arrival. our wonder at seeing the beautiful coastline and our excitement of pursuing the American dream. Two engineers, who first met growing up halfway across the world, we were lucky to reconnect and embark together on our quest to create the Great American Single malt. A decade of meticulous research and trials helped us hone the craft of distilling, and we launched our first single malts in 2019. We hope you try (and ike) our whiskies. In this bottle is our interpretation of the essence of California, and its diverse people, who each bring something unique to this land. Our tribute to this melting pot starts with two of our California made single malts - the double gold winning STR and the gold medal winning Distiller's Cut. We combine these with two amazing pot-still distilled light whiskies that we sourced from the old Seagram's plant in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Light wh a more delicate spirit and a canvas to paint on by blending in fuller flavored single malts. This creates a unique whisky with a refreshing taste, perfect for an aperitif before dinner (Highball anyone?) or even an accompaniment to a meal. And the name and picture on the front label? This is the excitement of a first visit to a California beach crisp salt laden ocean breeze, the sand between your toes, the sound of surf and the tingle as cold water washes over your feet.
