Directions
Italian Salad Dressing: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1-1/4 cups. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 3/4 cup vegetable or olive oil; 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar; 1/4 cup water. Directions: (1) Mix oil, vinegar, water and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl with wire whisk. (2) Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Whisk dressing before serving. Baked Italian Chicken: Brush 1-1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts or thighs with 1 tbsp. oil. Coat chicken evenly with Seasoning Mix. Place on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Kitchen Tips: Prepare Italian Salad Dressing as directed. Use as a marinade for chicken, steak or pork. Drizzle potatoes or veggies with oil and toss with Seasoning Mix before roasting.
