Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate left-overs immediately or discard.
Thawing Instructions: Thaw First Street Salmon Fillets under refrigeration immediately before use. Keep thawed Salmon Fillets refrigerated and use within 1 to 2 days. Must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Grilled Wild Caught Salmon: 1½ lb First Street salmon fillets. Lemon pepper to taste. First Street garlic powder to taste. First Street salt to taste. 1/3 cup First Street soy sauce. 1/3 cup First Street brown sugar. 1/3 cup water. ¼ cup First Street vegetable oil. Preparation: Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large re-sealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon fillets on the preheated grill and discard marinade. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with your favorite side dish. Baked Wild Caught Salmon: 2 First Street salmon fillets. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 6 tbsp First Street olive oil. 1 tsp First Street dried basil. 1 tsp each First Street salt and pepper. 1 tsp First Street lemon juice. 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped. Preparation: In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place salmon fillets in foil, cover with marinade and seal. Place sealed fish in the glass dish and bake 35-45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork. Serve with your favorite side dish.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
