Play anywhere! Slap the ball away to defend your square! Includes: 1 ball, court lines, 5 corner weights, pump and needle.
Directions
Set Up: Unfold the court lines and stretch them out so the four corners are taut. Ensure the four corner weights are in place at the corners of the court, with the straps of the court lines threading through the weight - as shown. Inflate the ball using the pump the needle. Needle is located inside of the pump cap. The ball should be firm and have no wrinkles on the surface. How to Play: 1. Gather 4 or more players. 2. Determine which square is the court controlling position or Ace. Moving clockwise, the remaining squares are King, Queen, and Jack. See layout. 3. 1 player stands in each square, if there are additional players, they line up near the Jack square. 4. To start the game, the Jack serves the ball by bouncing it in their own square once and then hitting it towards another square. The receiver must then hit the ball to any other player. 5. The ball must bounce in another player's square, and they must hit the ball to another square before the ball bounces twice in their square. 6. A player can hit the ball before it bounces, if they choose. 7. If a ball bounces twice in a square, the player in that square is out. 8. If a players hits the ball and misses another square and hits the ball out of bounds, they are out. 9. If a player hits an inside line of the court lines (the inner cross section of the court), the person who hit the ball is out. If the ball hits and outside line (the four outer lines of the court lines), the player in that square where the ball hit is expected to play the ball. 10. When a player is out, the other players that rank move up in rank, and the player who is out moves to the back of the line by the Jack square. A. For example. If the King gets out, the Ace remains in position, the Queen becomes King, Jack becomes Queen, and a new player enters the game. B. If there are only four players, the player who gets out moves to the Jack position. 11. The object of the game is to move up and hold the Ace position as long as possible. You can also set a number of turns the Ace position must be held in order for someone to win (if a player remains in the Ace position for 10 rounds in a row, they win the game).
