Paleo Baking Flour (blanched Almond Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Organic Coconut Flour, Tapioca Flour), Organic Coconut Sugar, Cocoa (processed With Alkali), Cocoa, Cream Of Tartar, Baking Soda, Salt.
Directions
Chocolate Cake: 3 eggs. 1/3 cup oil, melted coconut oil or melted butter/ghee. 1/3 cup water. 1 package Bob’s Red Mill grain free chocolate cake mix. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; oil an 8-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper. Whisk together eggs, oil, water and cake mix in a large bowl. Spread evenly in prepared cake pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dean, 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and frosting, if desired. Makes one 8-inch cake.
Store in a cool, dry place.
