Paleo Baking Flour (blanched Almond Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Organic Coconut Flour, Tapioca Flour), Organic Coconut Sugar, Dried Blueberries, Baking Soda, Cream Of Tartar, Salt.

Directions

Blueberry Muffins: 1 egg; 1/3 cup oil, melted coconut oil or melted butter/ghee; 1/2 cup water; 1 package Bob's Red Mill Grain Free Blueberry Muffin Mix. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a standard muffin tin with 6 liners, then coat liners with non-stick cooking spray. Whisk together egg, oil, water and muffin mix. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let cool before serving. Makes 6 standard muffins. 12 Muffin Variation: Prepare as above, lining a standard muffin tin with 12 liners. Coat liners with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon batter evenly between the cups, then bake 25-30 minutes. Makes 12 small muffins.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
