Cooking with only Papa’s Premium Wood Chunks: If you prefer grill using only Papa’s Flavored Wood Chunks, do not soak them before use. Use them as you would Charcoal briquettes. Start by piling the wood chunks in the center of your grill. Use a flammable lighting agent to set the chunks afire. Let them burn 15-30 minutes, until white ash starts to appear on the edges of the chunks. Spread the chunks out evenly across the bottom of your grill and you are ready to cook with the savory flavor of Papa’s premium wood chunks. For Use with Charcoal: Soak several of Papa’s premium wood chunks in water for at least 30 minutes for the best smoking results. Once the grill has heated to proper cooking temperature, take the chunks from the water and place them in your grill, piling the charcoal briquettes around them. Papa recommends having a spray bottle of water by your grill in case the chunks flame up. Close the lid on your smoker for best smoking results.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
