Jackfruit, Water, Soy Flour, Canola Oil, Coconut Oil, Natural Flavor, Less Than 2% Of: Spices, Salt, Methylcellulose (plant Fiber), Baker's Yeast.
Directions
Microwave: While not recommended, on a microwave safe plate, cook 2 oz. (1 serving) of crumbles on high for 40 seconds, stir, cook for an additional 40 seconds. For 2 servings, cook for an additional 40 seconds. Whole Bag: In a microwave safe bowl, cook crumbles for 2:30 on high, stir, cook for an additional 2:30. Heating instructions are for an 1100W microwave. Stovetop (most delicious!): Saute crumbles in vegetables oil (For best results, use refined coconut oil) in a non-stick pan on medium-high until browned. Stir regularly for even crisping. Cooking Instructions: From frozen. Cook all frozen food to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Product should be seared but remain moist. please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
