Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat and poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Grill: Grill or Broil: Cook on a gas grill on high or over red hot charcoal coals for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Bake: Bake: Cook in baking pan in 400 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Fry: Skillet: Cook in a preheated skillet over medium high heat approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side. Cooking times may vary. USDA recommends cooking all whole cuts of thawed meat to 145 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat , then allowing the meat to rest for three minutes before carving or consuming.
