Ancient Grains are a group of grains that have remained largely unchanged over the last several hundred years or more. Black Barley and farro have a nutty flavor and firm, chewy texture.

Organic Sweet Potato, Cooked Organic Farro (water, Organic Farro), Cooked Organic Black Barley (water, Organic Black Barley).
Directions
For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stovetop Directions: Heat 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Carefully add grain blend. Cover; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Microwave Directions: Add grain blend to 1-1/2 quart round microwavable casserole dish. Do not add oil. Cover; Microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot uncover carefully; stir well. Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; Time on High: 6:00 to 6:30; Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. - There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
