You will need: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2-inch cubes. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. In 3 easy steps! For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. (1) Cook chicken: Stir chicken pieces, oil, and seasoning mix in 10-inch non-stick skillet until well coated. Cook over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until very little liquid remains, and meat begins to char. (2) Heat tortillas: Remove tortillas from bag. To heat in microwave, place stack of tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with microwavable paper towel. Microwave on high 30 to 45 seconds until warm. (To heat in oven, wrap tortillas in foil; place on baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes until warm.) (3) Spoon chicken pieces onto tortillas. Top with desired toppings and creamy jalapeno sauce. Do not microwave tortillas in bag. Ready in about 20 min.
