Happy Baby Made Simple is a quick & easy-to-make mealtime option. With 100% whole grains and ingredients thoughtfully chosen for baby, these mixes are as simple as heat, stir, and cook! How Many: 2 mini pancakes (3 inch). Mix: 1/4 cup. Water: 3 tbsp. How Many: 4 mini pancakes (3 inch). Mix: 1/2 cup. Water: 1/3 cup. Our Recipe Directions: 1. Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium-high heat or to 375 degrees F. 2. Stir mix and water in a bowl until combined - do not over-stir (lumps are okay!). Pour 2 tbsp of batter onto the hot griddle. 3. Cook until bubbles start to form (about 3-4 minutes) and flip over, cooking until lightly browned. To Serve: Let pancakes cool. One 3 inch pancake is one serving for baby. To Store: Refrigerate and serve within 48 hours. Freeze remaining pancakes in an air-tight container for up to 6 weeks. Switch it up with waffles! Combine 1/2 cup mix with 1/3 cup water and stir together. Cook according to waffle maker's instructions. Baker's Tips: For thicker pancakes, add more mix. For thinner pancakes, add more water! Add fruits & veggies to each bite with these easy crowd-pleasers: Mix in 1/2 cup of mashed bananas, mashed blueberries, or shredded carrots.
