Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Grill or Skillet Cooking Instructions: Use honeysuckle white savory seasoned turkey patties any way you would use ground beef patties. 1. Lightly oil cooking surface. 2. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until patty is cooked through. Ensure meat has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer.
