Our mashed potato medallions et you make one serving or an entire bag in minutes!. Cooking directions: For food safety: Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Read and follow cooking instructions as a product must reach a minimum of 170 degrees F (77 degrees Celsius) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Appliances vary.
