Organic Oat Flour, Organic Spring Wheat Flour, Organic Coconut Sugar*, Organic Agave Nectar*, Organic Brown Sugar*, Organic Oats, Baking Powder (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Organic Sorghum Flakes, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Puffed Amaranth, Sea Salt, Organic Cinnamon.

Let's get started! (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a muffin pan or use liners. (2) Prepare: Add contents of muffin mix pouch to a large bowl. Add two-thirds of muffin inclusions pouch to muffin mix bowl. Set remainder aside to use as topping. Mix melted butter with agave. Slowly whisk in eggs and milk to butter and agave mixture. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix gently. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared muffin pan. Top individual muffins with remaining one-third of muffin inclusions. Makes 12 – 14 muffins. (3) Bake at 350 degrees F. Until toothpick in center comes out clean. Bake time 18 - 22 min. What's Included: 1 organic fair trade agave pouch; 1 inclusions pouch; 1 organic hearty oat muffin mix pouch. You will need: 3 eggs; 5 tbps unsalted butter, melted; 2/3 cup milk (ormilk alternative). Do not eat raw batter.
