Our mashed potato medallions let you make one serving or an entire bag in minutes! Stovetop: (1) Place half bag of frozen potatoes in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of water; cover. (2) Cook on medium heat for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3) Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving. Microwave oven (half bag): (1) Pour half bag of potatoes into a microwave safe dish. Add 1/4 cup of water; cover. (2) Cook on high for 4 minutes. (3) Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover. (4) Cook on high for 4 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving. Microwave oven (two servings): (1) Place 16 potato pieces into a microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water; cover. (2) Cook on high for 3 minutes. (3) Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover.
