Simply pop it in a toaster, microwave, air fryer or skillet – a better breakfast has never been easier. Made from plants (not chickens), Just Egg™ uses less water and carbon emissions than conventional eggs. Just Egg™ Folded is ideal for filling breakfast sandwiches, but don’t stop there: chop it up for topping ramen noodles or tossing into fried rice.

Ingredients

Water, Just Proteinâ„¢ (mung bean protein), Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Contains less than 2% of Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), Carrot Extractives (color), Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Transglutaminase, Turmeric Extractives (color).

Directions

TOASTER (chef’s choice): Place Just Egg Folded in standard toaster and heat on high for 6½ minutes.

AIR FRYER: Coat basket lightly with oil. Put Just Egg in the air fryer at 400°F/205°C for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

SKILLET: Warm a bit of oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook Just Egg Folded for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.

MICROWAVE: Place Just Egg on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Heat on high for 45 seconds. Flip and heat on high for an additional 30 seconds.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
