Yellow Corn Flour, Panko Bread Crumbs (bleached Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Yeast, Sugar, Salt), Palm Oil, Salt, Lemon Pepper Seasoning (salt, Spices, Dried Cane Sugar, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Dried Lemon Peel, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Extractives Of Turmeric), Spices, Citric Acid, Natural Lemon Oil Flavor.
Directions
Cooking Directions: 3 easy steps. 1. Moisten up to 2 pounds of protein or vegetables thoroughly in egg wash or ice-cold water. 2. Coat protein or vegetables in coating mix. Shake off excess and place protein or vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer. 3. Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking time. Finished product should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for seafood, pork or beef and 165 degrees F for chicken. Enjoy! Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500-Watt air fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make/model. Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Moisten protein or vegetables in egg wash or ice-cold water. Coat completely in mix and shake off excess. Bake protein or vegetables in pan with raised rack for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) until golden brown to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for seafood, pork and beef and 165 degrees F for chicken.
