Directions
Cooking times may vary depending on equipment so modify the time as needed. Cook thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Cooking Instructions: Skillet: remove creole spice seasoning from retail bag. Add 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium/high heat. Pour vegetables, sausage, shrimp, rice from bag into skillet and saute for 4 minutes. Sprinkle creole seasoning over entire mixture, mix thoroughly, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes untie ail ingredients are piping hot and shrimp are pink in appearance. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat, serve immediately.
