Our white cheddar cheese cracker cuts are aged to perfection to produce a smooth and creamy consistency that’s truly delicious. We use the highest quality Irish dairy to produce our cheddar cheese slices and naturally age it for over six months. At Truly Grass Fed, our cows enjoy up to 250 days a year on family farms, grazing on lush grass. Our products are Non-GMO Project Verified, growth hormone rBST-free* and antibiotic free. Our aged white cheddar cheese is a perfect charcuterie cheese, but can be used for making sandwiches, appetizers, and more. Each serving of our Irish cheddar cheese contains 8 grams of protein.
