Directions
Cook thoroughly. Preparation: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook from frozen or thawed. Thawing: Refrigerator Method (Recommended): 1. Remove frozen fish from outer and inner packaging. 2. Place fish on a plate or tray; cover with plastic wrap. 3. Refrigerate until thawed (approximately 6 hours per 4 ounces of fish). Pat fish dry with clean paper towels before cooking. Cold Water Method: 1. Remove frozen fish from outer and inner packaging. 2. Place fish in a recloseable food storage bag. 3. Set in a bowl of cold water (not warm); change water every 30 minutes until thawed (approximately 15 minutes per 4 ounces of fish). Pat fish dry with clean paper towels before cooking. Cooking: Conventional Oven: 1. Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Season to taste. 2. Bake in preheated 425 degrees F oven until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness for thawed; 15 - 20 minutes per inch of thickness for frozen). Stovetop: 1. In medium skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. 2. Season fish to taste. 3. Place fish in skillet; cook, turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness for thawed; 15 minutes per inch of thickness for frozen). For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
