Directions

Heating Instructions: Do not defrost Capri blend. Microwave: Do not puncture bag. Place bag in a microwave safe dish. Cook for 4-5 minutes at 900w. Be careful bag is hot. Open bag, stir and serve. Stovetop: Remove frozen Capri blend vegetables from the bag and place in a saucepan. Add 1 cup water and bring to boil over high heat. Once water starts to boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Stir once during cooking time.
