If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age. Chew tablets completely before swallowing; do not swallow tablet whole. Repeat dose every 3 hours while symptoms last. Do not give more than 5 times in 24 hours. 24-35 lbs (2-3 Years): 2 tablets (or as directed by a doctor). 24-35 lbs (2-3 Years): 2 tablets (or as directed by a doctor). 48-59 lbs (6-8 Years): 4 tablets (or as directed by a doctor). 48-59 lbs (6-8 Years): 4 tablets (or as directed by a doctor). 60-71 lbs (9-10 Years): 5 tablets (or as directed by a doctor). 72-95 lbs (11 Years): 6 tablets (or as directed by a doctor).
Warnings
Stop use and ask a doctor if pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 days, fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, new symptoms occur, or redness or swelling is present. These could be signs of a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose warning: In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222). Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
