Ingredients: Linguine: Water, Durum Wheat Semolina, Salt, Sauce: Fish Broth (salt, Powdered Dried Fish, Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Onion Powder, Flavourings, Pepper), Tomato Sauce (tomato Juice, Water, Tomato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Onion, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Garlic, Parsley, White Pepper), Diced Skinless Raw Cod Fillet, Garlic Powder.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick skillet at medium to high heat. 2. Pour the still frozen contents of the bag in the skillet and add 1/2 cup of water (1oz.) cover. 3. After 3-4 minutes stir to mix all ingredients. 4. Your delicious Tastee Choice dinner will be ready in 8-10 min. To finish the dish we recommend adding some fresh parsley. serve immediately. Cooking times may vary depending upon equipment. Modify times as needed. Product should be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 71 degrees C or 160 degrees F. Cook thoroughly.
