Take & bake. Italian table bread izzio's organic ciabatta has a light crisp crust and an coenairy interior. Each loaf takes 3 days to make using the finest organic ingredients available. This everyday table bread is the perfect accompaniment to any meal. Great bread starts with great ingredients, which is why at Izio Artisan Bakery we source the highest quality organic ingredients for our breads. We use only authentic small batch baking methods and extended natural fermentation, where some loaves take up to 72 hours. The result is an organic loaf of bread that has a unique texture, deep flavor, is easy to digest and always delicious. Long fermentation, easy to digest. Fresh milled flour nutritious & flavorful.
Ingredients
Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Culture (organic Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Whole Wheat Flour), Sea Salt, Organic Yeast.
Directions
Take & Bake: 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Remove, bake, enjoy. Baking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F; Remove the bread from bag and place it on middle oven rack. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is preferred golden brown color. Remove bread from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. If not planning to bake bread day of purchase, then freeze and enjoy later. Baker Tip: Prior to baking, mist inside of oven with 2-3 spritzes of water; added humidity will gently awaken the bread, making it more lush, voluminous and create a golden crackly crust. Don't have a spritz bottle? No worries, just run your hands under the faucet with cool water and gently pat the bread before placing it in the oven. Every oven is different! These baking instructions are meant as a basic guideline only.

- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.
With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
