Directions
Cook as directed. Cooking Instructions: For safety, cook only 1 bag at a time, follow these instructions and cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Appliances vary; adjust cook time as needed. Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave: Microwave: Instructions developed with 1100 watt microwaves. (1) Massage bag gently to break up clusters of vegetables [do not puncture bag]. (2) Place flattened, unopened bag this side up. Microwave on high 6 minutes. Bag may inflate and steam will escape through vent. (3) Stand 1 minute. Carefully remove bag from microwave by holding two corners. Stove Top: (1) Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Massage bag gently to break up clusters of vegetables. (2) Empty vegetables into skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 3 minutes. Stir and replace lid. (3) Cook another 3 minutes. Stand 1 minute; stir before serving. Caution: Bag will be hot. Avoid steam at vent and when opening bag.
Keep frozen.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
