Directions: Patch usage instructions: 1. Remove patch from outer package. 2. Pop apart and peel back one side of film. 3. Place on affected area. 4. Remove remaining film while pressing patch to skin. Intended Use: Therapeutic hot & cold pack for use with common aches, pains, swelling, and bruising. Pack should be applied for 20 minutes - as most doctors recommended. Cold therapy - Freeze for 4 hours. Heat therapy - Microwave for time indicated below, thoroughly mix to distribute color, and test pack prior to use. Heat for additional 5 seconds until desired temperature is reached. - Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
