Cooking Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. 2. Moisten pork thoroughly with beaten egg. 3. Firmly press pork into the Seasoned Coating Mix until completely coated. 4. Place coated pork onto the baking rack and place into the preheated oven. Bake until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Coats up to 3 lbs. of pork.
