Add fresh riced carrots and saute, then cover for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Cook to desired texture, remove from heat and stir in the enclosed sauce. Nicely Riced in the Microwave: 1. Place fresh riced carrots in a microwave safe bowl and cover. 2. Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Cook to desired texture and stir in the enclosed sauce.
