Directions for preparation and use: Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. For oral or tube feeding. Use under medical supervision. Suitable for children 1–13 years of age.
Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into clean container.
Step 2: Add unpacked level scoops of powder according to the amount you would like to prepare. (Only use enclosed scoop).
Step 3: Cap container; shake well. Feed child immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared formula and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperatures should be maintained between 35–40°F (2–4°C). To make approx. 2.5 fl. oz. add 3 unpacked level scoops of powder to 2 fl. oz. of water.
To make approx. 5 fl. oz. add 6 unpacked level scoops of powder to 4 fl. oz. of water.
To make approx. 7 fl. oz. add 9 unpacked level scoops of powder to 6 fl. oz. of water.
To make approx. 10 fl. oz. add 12 unpacked level scoops of powder to 8 fl. oz. of water.
Storage: Tightly cover open can and use within 1 month. Store open and unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage temperatures.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
