Feeding Guidelines: Puppies begin to nibble on solid food at three to four weeks of age. Use the puppy feeding chart as a guideline. We recommend serving True Meals food dry and with warm water (three parts dry food one part Water) at all times unto weaned (6 to 8 weeks of age). Remove softened food after a couple hours due to spoilage. Don't overfeed your puppy to maintain an Ideal body condition. Individual needs will vary with breed, activity, litter size and environmental temperature. Slight appetite changes are normal with puppies. Since True Meals foods are complete and balanced, additional foods, treats and chews are not recommended. Be sure to offer fresh, dean water daily. We recommend you take your pet to see your veterinarian annually.
