Bake: Preparation: (1) Heat oven as directed below. (2) Stir 1 pouch cookie mix, softened butter and egg in a medium bowl until soft dough format drop dough 2-1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Number of Cookies: 22-24 Regular: 375 degrees F for aluminum pan; 350 degrees for nonstick pan oven temperature; Drop Dough by: Rounded tablespoonful; 11 to 13 minutes bake time. 12 Large: 350 degrees F for aluminum pan; 325 degrees for nonstick pan oven temperature; Drop Dough by: About 3 tablespoons; 15 to 17 minutes bake time. Betty’s Tip: To prepare with peanut butter make dough using 1-1/2 sticks (3/4 cup butter margarine or spread, 1/2 cup peanuts butter and 1 egg. Do not eat raw cookie dough. You will need for 1 pouch 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, margarine or spread, (Use 1/3 cup spread; spread should have at least 60% vegetable oil). Softened (not melted) 1 egg. To softened butter, let butter soften at room temperature for 1-2 hours or microwave 10 to 15 seconds until softened. High altitude (3500-6500 ft) no change.
