Make your Skillet Perfect Meal: You Will Need: 1 lb - Chicken (optional); 2-1/4 cups - Whole milk; 3/4 cup - Water; 2 tbsp - Unsalted butter; 2 cups - Spinach (optional). 1. In a skillet, cook chicken (if using) until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove and set aside. 2. Add milk, water, butter, seasoning and pasta to the skillet and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat, add spinach (if using); cover and simmer for 14 to 17 minutes or desired tenderness. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 4. Remove from heat, return chicken to pan, let stand for 1 minutes and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
